Twice this week, users have called because their PCs hang when trying to
send jobs to NDPS printers. The print jobs don't emerge, and apps on
the users' Win2K and XPP machines stop responding.

The first time, I bounced the NW60SP5 server with the agents, and things
returned to normal. Today, it got flaky for about 10 or 15 minutes and
then quieted down.

This server does little more than host the master replica and NDPS
agents. Remote Manager's health monitor shows all green lights, and when
I've checked, which is of course not when the problem is active, CPU
utilization cruises along in the 1-2 percent range.

Any ideas?
