My system is made out of two Pentium 4 + one AMD Athlon XP machines,
connected in a small home LAN, and a fast ADSL connection served by a
D-Link router.
Today I started my migration to Linux installing SuSE Linux 10.0 on one of
the Pentium 4 machines, equipped with an HP 895Cxi printer.
All worked fine, but I'm still unable to print anything on the Canon i550
and iP4200 printers connected to the other two machines.
Of course, Canon doesn't supply any UNIX/LINUX driver for the a/m gear.
I'm unwilling to deal with a hybrid system, i.e. 1/3 Linux and 2/3 Windows
Is there anybody able to give me a helpful hand? Thanks a lot.
