I have a strange situation where our laptop users with workstation
administrative accounts are unable to install a printer from the /ipp web
page using IE. The get the prompt "do you want to install etc" and clicking
yes gives a blank white screen.

If we use the user's network ID but the local Administrator account then the
printers install OK. My iPrint.ini file has AllowUserPrinters = 3 (I've
also tried 1 and 2). The iPrint client is 04.16. Since the local
workstation account has Administrator equivalence I can't see why the
printer installation fails.

If we use firefox then the user can install the printers correctly.

Anyone seen this behaviour before?
