This morning, users cannot print to iPrint printers set to high security.
Additionally, I cannot install these printers on my PC. When you click on the
printer's name on the web page, you get:

ErrorCode: 5
Error message: The SSL connection encountered and I/O error
Error group: SSL
Error code: 5

C:\NDPS\ippErrs.txt contains the following (after attempting to install a printer):

I get the same error in Firefox (1.5.0.4).

We are running NW6.5 + SP4a; NDPSM 3.01.17 (8/25/2006); IPPSRVR 4.00.06
(8/26/2006). iPrint client 4.16. The print manager is a clustered resource.

This was working fine until this morning. No changes over the weekend.
