When users go to print in Excel (Office 2002) or QuickBooks pro, they
only see an Adobe PDF printer and do not see networked printers installed
on the computer. When I login as the administrator, all printers show in
the drop down list.

Novell Client with NDPS
Network printers

Printers were installed by adminstrator. Workstation was imaged using
sysprep and zenworks imaging.

Printers appear in drop down list in Word (Office 2002).
