After having a wave of incidents of iPrint not working on several of our
student's machines, I thought this information might be useful to others.
The K9 Web Protection program by BlueCoat has recently made changes that
block the iPrint client network connection. The only solution we have found
is to do a complete uninstall of the K9 product. We are still trying to see
if there are settings that can be changed to resolve the problem.
