Prior to the SP6, we experienced no notable problems with iPrint. After the update was complete, the client workstations were prompted upon next login to upgrade to a newer version of the iPrint client. So we clicked 'yes' and the new client installed on the workstations.

Now when the users try to print, only 1/2 of a page will print, the printer will "freeze" and on the NDPS-Manager Console at the server, the printer status says something to the effect of "Communication Error - Attention Needed"

Any ideas where to begin troubleshooting? I tried "shutting down" the printer agent and restarting it-- No luck.
