I have a 2 node cluster running on nw6sp2 with some cluster enabled
volumes. Now I want to set up native file access for Unix with cluster

services. I followed the documentation but had no success.
Especially the command "spinst" I didn't understand.

I have 3 cluster enabled volumes (USER:, APPS:, PROJECT:) - two of
them
running on node 1 and one of them running on node 2 (load balancing).According to the docu I should run the following command:
spinst -o 2 -v SHARE_VOL_NAME -n RES_NAME -i RES_IP

But what is res_name in this case (the cluster node names are obelix-i

and obelix-ii respectively)?
Is "spinst -o 2 -v user: -n user_server -i
<addr_of_virtual_user_volume>"
correct?
When I need the option -o2 and when -o3?
After running the command, there were no USER:\ETC\NFSSTART files
(should be there following the docu).

What is the correct syntax for the other volumes?

Did anybody set up NFAU on a nw6 cluster and can give me some hints?
TIA, Udo
