Our NW6+SP3+cifspt3b servers are not properly reporting the IP address
of CIFS connections. On the console monitor, the connection has "No
address available". In remote manager the 'Network Address' field is
blank for the connection. FWIW, the JRB Utility users.exe returns
'00000000' for the network address. What's up?

This is critical for our printer accounting: without being able to match
an IP address to a username, pcounter is configured to drop print jobs.
