Hi all,

here's the setup:

NetWare servers running NW6.0SP2 (+some adds incl. CIFS 1.30) and NW6.5SP1
(built-in CIFS),
W2K and Windows 2003 servers acting as DCs in my "own" DOMAIN A.
Unknown Servers running in external DOMAIN B.
DOMAIN A trusts DOMAIN B.
CIFS configured in domain mode, using any DC from DOMAIN A.

The problem:

- I'm able to access NetWare servers via CIFS as user in DOMAIN A
- I'm able to access Windows servers in DOMAIN A as user in DOMAIN B
- I'm unable to access NetWare servers via CIFS as user in DOMAIN B: Access
denied.

Both NW6 and NW6.5 give the same results. No difference between using W2K or
W2003 server as DC.
NMAS trace displays the correct assigned user - followed up by error code
???? (forgot the number but translation is "login failed").
I don't know much about DOMAIN B itself, however the DC from trusting DOMAIN
A should handle the authentication...

Any ideas?

Thx in advance
Dirk
