New Win2003 server running terminal services. This server is running
local mode - workgroup name MIS. Not using a domain. Have looked @
TID #10084607, but it doesn't seem to apply since this is not a domain
controller. Correct me if I'm wrong:

At my NW65 sp2 server. The CIFS info is as follows:

CIFSNLM Operating Parameters:
Server - "servername"
Comment - ""
Authentication - "Local"
Workgroup - "MIS"
Oplocks - Enabled
DFS - Disabled
Unicode - Enabled
Domain Add-on - Disabled
Share point - "cifstest"
Share point - "dyndie"

From any XP Pro workstation I can connect to this server and get into
the data

From the Win2003 server I get the error message:

\\servername is not accessible. You might not have permission to use
this network resource. Contact the administrator of this server to
find out if you have access permissions.

The remote procedure call failed and did not execute.

Can anyone help. I'm new to CIFS.
