Is NSS required in order to implement CIFS? That is, I have a data
volume "DATA:" that is a traditional Netware volume (long story - accept
that we need to have it) but I am unable to set up CIFs shares on it. No
problems with NSS vols. I am assuming that CIFS needs NSS to function -
yes? If this is not true, what is the secret? This is NW 6.5 SBS SP3. I
am attempting: Name = DATA, Path = DATA:\, Comment = Data Volume.
Returns: "Error: The given volume name could not be found on the
specified server." Yes, it's really there.

Thanks for your help.
