I've been trying to set up a CIFS PDC to control users to simplify the
management of my user accounts. I've managed to get workstations to
recognize and join the domain, but i'm running into a problem with the
permissions. The local computers don't seem to recognize any of the groups,
so any user with a valid simple password can log into the computer and no
user is being recognized as an admin. I've checked the local workstation
and domain\group name are indeed added to the local group accounts so I'm
not sure what else to do. Any help for would be great, thanks in advance.
