We are testing logging into Vista Business and authenticating against a
Windows 2003 server. The user on this Windows server has a CIFS share to
an NSS Home Directory on a Netware 6.5 SP6 server (The userids are kept
in sync with IDM).

The home directory mounts on Vista fine...BUT....opening up long
directory names causes a long..long delay (a minute or two).

After scratching my head I disabled oplocks on the CIFS share on the
Netware server. All works fine now.

Is there a problem with oplocks and CIFS and Vista as this same issue
did not occur while testing XP?
