Hi I have a problem that has just popped up in the past couple of
weeks.. Some people are not able to send us mail because they can't
find our Mx records.. When I query their DNS server this is what I
got:
***
Couldn't find any MX (mail exchange) records for csdecso.on.ca.
You might try looking up the MX record for on.ca instead of
csdecso.on.ca.

The nameserver you queried, ns-ott2.nortelnetworks.com, returned a
non-authoritative answer for this record.
This name server is not authoritative for this zone, but is caching
this record from a previous request.

The nameservers F.ROOT-SERVERS.NET, A.ROOT-SERVERS.NET,
B.ROOT-SERVERS.NET, C.ROOT-SERVERS.NET, D.ROOT-SERVERS.NET, and
E.ROOT-SERVERS.NET are authoritative for csdecso.on.ca.
****

If I query another one, that we can receive mail from I get:
***
The MX (mail exchange) records of csdecso.on.ca are www.csdecso.on.ca
(with a preference of 15) and mail.csdecso.on.ca (with a preference of
5).

The nameserver you queried, dns.uwindsor.ca, returned a
non-authoritative answer for this record.
This name server is not authoritative for this zone, but is caching
this record from a previous request.

The nameservers internet.csdecso.on.ca and ns2.csdecso.on.ca are
authoritative for csdecso.on.ca.

What can we do?
