Hello,

I am in the process of redesigning our tree. The DNS locator was
installed in a container many years ago that was probably not the
ideal
place for it to be.

The new design will be:

[ROOT] - O=company - OU=City1
OU=City2
OU=City3
OU=City4

From what I could tell from the DNS documention they suggest

[ROOT] - O=company - OU=DNSContainer with Locator here.

And that container should be its own partition.

When I lose the WAN link to any particular city (all of which have
DHCPSRVR and NAMED running), will they be able to continue receiving
DNS
services and DHCP with no troubles?

Thanks,

Brian
