We're having DHCP issues.
in TID10069733 it describes exactly what is happening and how to fix the
issue. we followed the TID exactly and are having the same problems.

About five times an hour, we have an error at the console screen:

Received a Decline packet for address xxx.xx.x.xx.

the clients get an ip conflict error message and we have to have them
release and renew and then they're fine for a while but it inevitably
happens again. we can't seem to find a good solution.

has anyone else experienced this?

our final step is to entirely recreate the subnets.

any insight would be appreciated.
