I have a web server in my DMZ that is NATed on a CISCO router to a public
address. We use Novell DNS (NW6 SP3) as our dns provider. When I do an
nslookup from inside, the IP is the private IP of the server. When I do an
nslookup from outside the network I get the public address. The only thing
is, I have no entry in my DNS server that specifies the Private IP of the
server and my ISP has the public entry. How are my internal PC's getting the
private IP that they need to get to the web site? Dynamic DNS? What will
happen when I put up my email server (Netmail on NW6) with a private IP and
NAT it to an IP? How will my internal PC's know what IP to resolve to? Don.
