Upon reboot of a server running dhcp, the dhcp service is loaded but
does not function. In the debug screen we see it loaded but there is a
message that it is unable service or hand out addresses. I forgot to
get the exact message but will do so tonight. This error state is
reproduceable every time the server reboots.
If I immediately unload and then reload the dhcpsrvr.nlm all works great
until the next server reboot.
There is only the one server that is experiencing this issue. These
symtoms have also been around before the server was upgraded from NW6 to
NW65. The DHCP service has also simply stopped functioning with the
same type off error but that is much more rare of an event than the
failure after reboot.

Any ideas?
