Since a couple of weeks loading DHCPSRVR takes about 15 minutes. On the
debugscreen I can read following for every subnet.
pRange type read is 99, pDataServerRef: DHCP_SISBLN08.BL.SIS.LIA,
pDHCPServerDN: DHCP_SISBLN08.BL.SIS.LIA
pRange type read is 3, pDataServerRef: DHCP_SISBLN08.BL.SIS.LIA,
pDHCPServerDN: DHCP_SISBLN08.BL.SIS.LIA
pRange :138_233_121_234.138_233_121_234_Mammo_Konrad.BL.S IS.LIA with
start:138.233.121.233, end:138.233.121.234, type:3 is about to be created
subnet ref in LoadALLRanges: SYN_C_IMAGE_121.BL.SIS.LIA
I Wonder what "type:3 is about to be created" is. I have never seen it
before. Perhaps that is bacause normaly it is impossible to read the screen
because it scrolls to fast. Now every subnet takes abot 10 sec to load so
ther is plenty of time reading.
DHCP is running on NW 6.0 SP4 eDir 8.7.0. I have not done any changes since
march 2004. The DHCP-server is running along with a DNS-server in a
separate tree with replica on both servers. Running DSREPAIR reports no error.
