Hi All,

Is there a way of specifing which zone is queried first?

I have an internal DNS on NW6.5SP3 with one primary zone and multiple
separate primary (child) subzones.

One server is set as the designated/authoritive server for both the primary
zone and one of the subzones.

Using nslookup query results are returned correctly but only after one 2
second timeout occurs. I'm guessing this is because it queries the "wrong"
subzone first before checking with the "right" zone.

I reckon this happens because I have not yet setup forwarding from the
child zone to the parent zone, but as I know the primary zone is likely to
recive the majority of the requests I would like to set that as the default
zone to check first.

Any ideas??
