I'm running NW65SP5. What rights do I need to give to non-admin
users for them to be able to start and stop DHCP server? I wanted
to allow them to create static DHCP assignments (aka manual addresses)
and following the NW65 documentation I could assign necessary
rights for that. But the newly-added manual address will only be activated
after the DHCP server is restarted. When they press the 'Start/Stop
service' button in DNS/DHCP console, they get error message
'not enough rights'. I can use the button successfully myself,
but that's no surprise since I have admin rights to the root
of the tree :)
