We use NW6.5 SP5. If a workstation (mostly NT4) is setup with a manual IP
assignment (so the workstation is set to request an ip address but dhcp
recognises its mac address and assigns the same address everytime), but that
machine is then moved to a different subnet, what does the Novell DHCP
server do? Does it:

a) still try pointlessly to assign the address from the original subnet
b) ignore the old manual assignment and give the workstation a new dynamic
ip address assignment in the new subnet
c) become self-aware and try to enslave humanity
