I'm trying to force-scan a workstation from the ZAM manager. In the
Workstation query, the client is being shown as connected, but shortly after
the scan is initiated a box appears saying:

You requested that workstation 'SMCA-0268' be scanned. The scan was unable
to complete because the client has disconnected.

The error report on the manager says:

[2.6.42] Scanning SMCA-0268 failed due to an error detected by the client

I've tried un-installing and re-installing the agent, as well as deleting
the workstation from the ZAM database. I think that the problem might be
related to a change of IP address - but now if I include the IP address in
the Workstation Status query it doesn't have an IP address associated.

Can anyone suggest how I can resolve this?
