Is it possible to have user-defined fields in the software compliance
module?

If not, how bad would it be to add fields to the software compliance
tables... would it break things? Would they show up in the Web console
reports?

The reason I'm asking is because we want to keep track of what media we
have on file for each catalog product, and the notes field just isn't
big enough. There are also some other fields that would be helpful in
the LC_License table.
