I'm new to this product so bear with me...

I have a number of network devices on my network that have an IP address
and show up as "ungrouped/other". These devices are not workstations or
servers but other infrastructure devices. Even without the zam agent
installed a network discovery pulls some detail from devices such as my
switches and printers. In the case of IP phones a network discovery
displays these as ungrouped/other and no additional information is
gathered other than the IP address. Is there anything else that can be
configured to get more information from these devices; i.e., MAC address,
serial number, etc., without having to manually enter it? For example why
do my printers show serial number, DNS name, device name, page count etc
with a simple network discovery but other IP devices I simply see an IP
