I created a clean workstation using our default Windows 2000 install. Our
default install removes the key that creates an Outlook express install for
each new user. I logged in a test user, verified no Outlook install (and no
icon in Quick Launch). Our install also does NOT display the Windows
Startup screen, with the tour, what's new, etc.

I captured the DNA, reimaged the workstation, and logged in as the test
user. No outlook, no startup screen. I applied the collected DNA to the
workstation, and when it was complete, I had Outlook installed and the icon
in the quicklaunch, and the Windows Startup screen appeared. Where did I
make the mistake in the template creation.
