We just upgraded from Zen 3.2 SP3 to 6.5 SP1. On some workstations (Windows
XP SP1), application explorer spins forever and never quite loads, so apps
are never available. This is true whether running the old nal files from
the server or running the new management agent locally right after
installing (we have a batch file checking the version so the appropriate
one will run). In most cases after installing the new agent, the problem
goes away after 2 or 3 reboots, but that is still somewhat painful and I am
holding my breath to see if the problem resurfaces on those PCs. Any ideas
what is happening here? Thanks.
