I have various files that occasionally need to be updated on the local C:
drive. I would like to copy them once, then if they are updated copy them

Would creating a simple app that copied the new version of the file from
somewhere on the network down to the C: drive, setting it to force run, run
once, and then changing the version number each time the file was updated,

I understand that a NAL reload or refresh would need to occur before the new
version kicked in the copy of the new file.
