I have had issue with my ditribution scripts in the past. I am now trying
figure out why.

I have an app that installs 4 files and 1 folder, then runs the .exe from
the network.

Below is the Run after distribution script:
xcacls.exe %windir%\alsbigc.dat /G users:F;F system:F;F
Administrator:F;F /Y
xcacls.exe %windir%\alsbigc.fpt /G users:F;F system:F;F
Administrator:F;F /Y
xcacls.exe %windir%\alsprefs.ini /G users:F;F system:F;F
Administrator:F;F /Y
xcacls.exe %windir%\als_temp /G users:F;F system:F;F Administrator:F;F /Y
xcacls.exe %windir%\accreadr.ini /G users:F;F system:F;F
Administrator:F;F /Y

Script engine: %*WINSYSDIR%\CMD.EXE /C

If the app does not have rights to the above files and folder it will just
spine looking for the data location. This is why we have the run after
distribution script.

The run after distribution script does not seem to run the first time.

If I verify the app it works fine from then on.

Pcs are 2k sp4, xp sp2 both with the NW clinet 4.91 and above. The zen
6.5.200.50909 client.

What am I missing???? Why does the run after distribution script not seem
to run the first time??
