On my network, the NAL Application Explorer is launched by calling
C:\Program Files\Novell\ZENWorks\NalView.exe from the login script. It seems
like about half the time, the Application Explorer does not load or it loads
and unloads in just a few seconds, without really doing anything.

Does anyone know what is going on and how I can correct this?
