Hi,

I had a problem with the GMS website not working on our mobile
devices. It would generate the error:
HTTP Status 500 -
type Exception report
message
description The server encountered an internal error () that prevented
it from fulfilling this request.
exception
javax.servlet.ServletException: manager/PIMKey

A co-worker pointed me to the following url that explains this problem
and the solution:
http://www.ianywhere.com/developer/t...at_errors.html

In short:
Issues can be resolved by recompiling the .jsp files for the Pylon
Anywhere website and regenerating the Apache Engine.
To recompile the .jsp files and regenerate the Apache Engine

Stop the Pylon Anywhere services. Ensure the Pylon Anywhere Mobile
Gateway, Secure Gateway, and Systems Management are stopped, if they
are not stopped automatically.
Delete the work folder from the directory
Pylon-Anywhere-install-directory\Tomcat.
Delete the genweb folder from the directory
Pylon-Anywhere-install-directory\Tomcat\webapps.
Restart the Pylon Anywhere service. Restart the Pylon Anywhere Mobile
Gateway, Secure Gateway, and Systems Management if they are not
started automatically.
Once the Pylon Anywhere services are restarted, the internal web
server will unpack the file genweb.war and recompile the extracted
..jsp files. This also causes the Apache Engine to be regenerated.
These actions might take a few minutes to complete.

Substitute Pylon for Intellisync.
I have tested this and it works.

Kind regards,
Arjan
