We need microsoft. I know I can get support from Microsoft. The tier one
level support people are clueless. The tier two people just wanna get you
off the phone. Support responds to big customers like Park Place
entertainment (Ballys casino, Claridge casino, etc). If you are in a
school district, pray you do not get escalated to tier 2. I have gotten
one engineer who does not want to respond to us and another ignorant
support person who refuses to help us because are call is owned by an
engineer who will not respond to us. One more year. Goodbye NDS and
