nw6 sp4, Zen 4.0.1IR4, Zen client 4.00.1093.40329, win2k sp4, XP pro sp1,
Client 4.9 sp2.

I did a admin install (/a) of j2re-1_4_2_05-windows-i586-p.exe to x:\java.
Which created Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_05.msi + folders
called Common and program files.

I then created a ZEN MSI app pointing to the Java 2 Runtime Environment,
SE v1.4.2_05.msi using UNC (\\server\vol\java). Gave the app rights to the
folder, gave my Workstation Container rights to the folder. Set it up to
run as Unsecure Sytem User.

This works fine for someone who has Admin right to the PC, but plain users
(read only) get a 1603 error.

Can anyone help. Should I do a snapshot? I install other MSI apps the same
way with no problem.
