I'm not sure if this is a general problem with roaming profiles or if
this is specific to Zenworks 6.5 with DLU. We recently implemented DLU
and Roaming profiles on Windows XP and users are encountering problems
with not being able to connect to secured web sites using IE. Any URL
that starts with https would get "The Page Cannot Be Displayed" error
message. Switching to other browser, such as Mozilla, would work fine;
logging in as a local user and using IE would work fine as well. IE
settings for roaming users and local users are configured the same, but
the problem only occurs to roaming users.

Searching Microsoft's KB, this is the closest I could come up with but
the suggested solutions don't really help.

"The Page Cannot Be Displayed" Error Message When You Try to View Web
Page on a Secure Web Site

Method 1: Install the Internet Explorer or Windows 2000 High Encryption
Method 2: Delete Your Existing User Profile

Here're our specs: Windows XP SP2, Netware 6.0, Zenworks 6.5 (to handle
dynamic local user creation and roaming profiles) running ZfD 6.5 Agent
Update 1 (with ZfDAgent.msi version - dated 22 Sept 2004).

Any help is much appreciated.
