Has anyone come across a problem where they have loaded the Zen Agent to
the workstation and certain functions in applications stopped working? We
currently have narrowed a problem with the agent and an application called
Expedition. When the agent is installed and they click on the web app to
delete an attachment, utilizing the sniffer they found it is not sending
the delete command; therefore the attachment never gets removed. If they
remove the Zen Agent and utilize the sniffer again, we can now see the
delete command and it removes the attachment.
