We ve the following problem with the Zenworks agent 6.5.2:

When a user logon to his computer, his desktop icons are not shown.

When you look within explorer the icons are listed at file-level but they
are not shown on the desktop.

If we do a Automatic order of the icons, the icons will become back on the

Another trick to let the icons appear back again, is to start a remote
desktop session. When it's started the icons will popup at that moment.

Is this a known issue?

This happens on some computers, not all of them. But i think it will occur
soon also on the other computers.
