I have a customized security template that I want to execute at system
startup. It is used to change NTFS permissions.

A scheduled action is configured to run at system startup and uses
system credentials. The problem is that the secedit command in the
scheduled action runs at every startup for about 5 minutes before it
ends (security settings ARE applied at the end). When I launch the SAME
action when I'm logged into the workstation, it's finished after 10 seconds.

Any idea where is the problem ?
