My current setup is: Server is NW 6.5 SP2, Zen 6.5 (upgraded from 4.01),
Workstations are Windows 2000 SP4, Client 4.9 SP2. My workstation is
Windows XP SP1, Client 4.9 SP2.

I can remote wakeup a machine and login just fine but if I'm trying to
troubleshoot an issue with an end user and try to remote in, I get the
"authenticating" dialog box then the remote screen on my machine goes white,
nothing happens after that, no errors pop up. After that, the machine I
tried to remote into freezes up and they have to restart. This began a
month or so ago after our upgrade to Zen 6.5.

Has anyone run into this before?
