We have management agents installed on a lot of computers. All of the
computers on our LAN work fine (we can remote them and wake them up),
but any of the computers out on the WAN we cannot remote or wake up.

I have looked at other posts and they suggest that I need to enable IP
directed broadcasts. I have had a word with our network provider and
they are not happy about enabling this and say that seeing as our
workstations have imported into Console one they must be able to see
the server so this is not the problem and they think it is down to the
configuration of the software.

The problem is that the software has not been changed on any of the
machines so why will they work on the LAN but not the WAN???
