We have ZENworks Desktop Management 6.5 SP2 set up, and we have just started
testing workstation import. I have a workstation successfully imported, and
the Remote Management policy turned on. When I try to remote comtrol the
workstation, I get an error: "1858: The connection with the Remote
Management Agent has timed out." The workstation is running the 6.5.2 agent,
and I have checked that port 1761 is not blocked on either end. In fact, the
Windows Firewall is turned off on both stations.

Can anyone help me understand what this errir is and how to get past it?
