We have a problem on several backup servers (but not all) where the backup
job will start as scheduled and then it hangs. It doesn't even go on to
format the tape. In the message screen, the last entry is:

22:00:00 Start Rotation Backup Operation, Queue AQ6_ServerName
Client Backup_Admin

The console screen shows that APROCESS.NLM is loaded ok. In the monitor
screen, the CPU utilisation stays between 50-100% and the busiest thread is
always APROCESS.NLM (and in some cases, ASDB.NLM as well).

I've just using a fresh database (which works for only 1 day), re-creating
the backup job, used ASUTIL to verify/re-create the NDS objects. TSA5UP19 is
installed on the servers. Nothing seems to solve the problem.

Not sure it helps, but here is the BTI.CFG file:

The backup server has 2GB RAM with NSS volumes, the tape drive is an HP
DAT72 6-slot internal autoloader. Would appreciate any help on this. Thanks.
