We have an EMC based SAN solution, I've installed the Navisphere agent,
I've given the system user with an IP as we use on our cluster server
(I've actually just copied the EMC dir to the new server, and changed
the description).
But it still shows the server as unmanaged in the SAN admin console,
despite the fact that I've done update and all.

What have I done wrong?

Just to be clear, I've never done this before, I've taken over an
installation, and don't know anything about this Fujitsu/EMC SAN that
it's on.

Also, I only see one of our cluster servers in the SAN admin, is that
as it should be?

I hope somebody can help me on this, as FuSi is not the worlds most
responsive company.
