We have some new helpdesk staff and are looking to get them up and running
on a simplified utility for basic administration. The running between
NWAdmin, Console1 and iManager for these basic tasks is too much.

Specifically they need to:

Create user accounts
Create GroupWise accounts
Change NDS Passwords
Control NSS space restrictions
Modify NDS Password and Login restrictions
Change GroupWise passwords
Manage GroupWise distribution lists
ZENWorks Remote Control
Assign ZEN App objects
Delete jobs from NPDS printers

Can anyone recommend a utility they are using or have used that performed
these tasks? And they were happy with?
