The NAL object that get's created when you install Zen 7 to install the ZAm client has a typo in it that prevents the client from being installed. The typo is in the file _INST32I.EX_. If you bang your head against the wall or look closely enough you may eventually recognize that the destination file name has a 1 in the name instead of an i. If you fail to fix the problem you get the most frustrating error message from install shield that the version of windows your trying to install on is unsupported..
