I have a simple app that distributes three shorcuts to the desktop (these are
authentic shortcuts, not an app that does "%windir%\explorer.exe <path>" - we
don't want that in this case). I created the app with snapshot. I have noticed
two issues with these:

1) the targets are files with a four-character extension (".xmcd"). When NAL
distributes the shortcuts the target (when viewed in Properties) has only the
first three characters (".xcm") which breaks the shortcut.

2) the target path had a space in one folder. Instead of "Some Folder", NAL
distributes it as "Some_". This also breaks the shortcut. I've worked around
this by removing the space, but I'm still curious.

We are using Zen agent version 7.0.1.0.

Anybody seen this before?
