We've encountered the following problems:

1. Zenworks Application Explorer doesn't start when user logs on and
the user must start naldesk.exe manually


2. Zenworks Application Explorer starts, but the icons associated to
that user don't appear on the desktop until the user refreshes the
Application Explorer manually

Our original configuration had naldesk being loaded via login script.
We've since tried removing naldesk from the login script and loading it
via the All Users Startup folder in Windows, but that didn't work

Any suggestions as to what might be causing these problems?
