Apologies if any of this information is incorrect but these are my perceptions.

The reason for my perceptions are as follows:

We are noticing a number of issues installing MSIs that use Installshield
ISScript based installers (lots of them). It is now getting to the stage
where installing in this way is taking almost as long to try and cheat
installers into working in workstation space to get around this issue as,
in some cases, it would be to install the software manually.

It seems that the root MSI file runs fine, however the installscript driver
IDriver.exe then starts in user memory space and a 1612 error occurs as the
users do not have rights to see the source. This may also fire off other
processes also which may run in either memory space.

Does anyone have or know of any solutions to this issue?
