I’m assuming the way to copy a PDF file from a Server folder to a
workstation’s desktop is to create an application that runs a batch file.
If there is another way I’d like to hear it.

My real question is how to schedule it so it will run once for associated
users every week. In other words someone will copy a file to a designated
location that a Zenworks App will then launch a batch file to distribute
it to the users desktop.

The reason for this is that these users work offline remotely mostly with
no internet connection and they need the PDF to be copied at most once a
