After we install the Zenworks client on new systems, we stop the Zenworks
service. Then we run the Collection Client Diagnostics. This usually
allows us to enter our Asset Tag. However, I'm starting to see the
following error code:

Sent Scan/Workstation request
Mesage Server Error Event. On File. See local host file error. Host =
Local Host File, Open, File access was denied.
Runtime Library, _tsopen. Returned error code: 13

I would apprecaite any help on this matter. Usually uninstalling and
reinstalling Zenworks will do the trick but that is now longer working.
